Summary: | A planar motor (10) according to the present invention is provided with: a movable element (20) which has a plurality of permanent magnets (22); a stator (30) that has a main surface (31a), which faces the movable element (20), and a plurality of coils (33) that are arranged along the main surface (31a); and a drive circuit (40) which supplies electric power to the plurality of coils (33). The drive circuit (40) moves the movable element (20) along the main surface (31a) by supplying electric power to at least some of the plurality of coils (33) in accordance with the control signals which are obtained via a power supply line (400) that is connected to the drive circuit (40).
La présente invention concerne un moteur plan (10) comprenant : un élément mobile (20) comportant une pluralité d'aimants permanents (22); un stator (30) dont une surface principale (31a) fait face à l'élément mobile (20), et une pluralité de bobines (33) disposées le long de la surface principale (31a); et un circuit d'attaque (40) qui applique du courant électrique à la pluralité de bobines (33). Le circuit d'attaque (40) déplace l'élément mobile (20) le long de la surface principale (31a) en appliquant du courant électrique à au moins une partie de la pluralité de bobines (33) conformément aux signaux de commande obtenus par l'intermédiaire d'une ligne d'alimentation (400) qui est connectée au circuit d'attaque (40).
