Summary: | The present invention consists in an assembly for measuring a flow, which comprises a tube made from a material having piezoelectric properties, preferably PVDF, electrodes and, lastly, auxiliary instrumentation, with the aim of amplifying and digitizing the electrical signals captured from the tube on the basis of the flow of a fluid, thereby dispensing with the need to use a transducer coupled to the tube, since the actual tube used to convey fluids functions as the transducer, thereby reducing the cost in terms of equipment and the time needed to set up and install the instruments.
La présente invention consiste en un ensemble de mesure de débit comportant un tube fabriqué en un matériau présente des propriétés piézoélectriques, de préférence de PVDF, des électrodes, ainsi qu'une instrumentation auxiliaire, visant à amplifier et numériser les signaux électriques captés à proximité du tube à partir de l'écoulement d'un fluide, supprimant ainsi la nécessité d'utiliser un transducteur couplé au tube, dès lors que le tube lui-même, déjà utilisé pour le transport de fluides, fonctionne également comme transducteur, ce qui permet de réduire le coût des équipements ainsi que le temps de configuration et d'installation des instruments.
A presente invenção consiste em um conjunto para medição de vazão que compreende um tubo feito de material possuindo propriedades piezoelétricas, preferencialmente de PVDF, eletrodos e por fim instrumentação auxiliar objetivando amplificar e digitalizar os sinais elétricos captados junto ao tubo a partir do escoamento de um fluido, eliminando assim a necessidade de se utilizar um transdutor acoplado ao tubo, uma vez que o próprio tubo, que já seria utilizado no transporte de fluidos, funciona como o transdutor, diminuindo-se assim o custo com equipamentos, tempo de configuração e instalação dos instrumentos. |
