Summary: | Disclosed are a boron nitride-based heat-radiating filler having enhanced vertical thermal conductivity, a heat-radiating sheet, and a manufacturing method therefor. A heat-radiating filler according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed by the fusion of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) onto the surface of wire-type millimeter-length glass fibers through a binder.
L'invention concerne une charge de rayonnement de chaleur à base de nitrure de bore ayant une conductivité thermique verticale améliorée, une feuille de rayonnement de chaleur et leur procédé de fabrication. Une charge de rayonnement de chaleur selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention est formée par la fusion de nitrure de bore hexagonal (h-BN) sur la surface de fibres de verre de longueur millimétrique de type fil par l'intermédiaire d'un liant.
