Summary:The present invention mainly relates to a knitting system for a flat knitting machine comprising a left base member and a right base member. Two carriage slide rail assemblies are symmetrically arranged from the front to the rear between the left base member and the right base member. The two carriage slide rail assemblies arranged at the front and the rear are respectively provided with a front carriage assembly and a rear carriage assembly.
