Provided is a fuel supply adaptor that facilitates laying of pipe members for distributing fuel. A fuel supply adaptor (131) is a fuel branch adaptor provided to a work machine which has: a machine body (2); a motor (10) that is mounted on the machine body and driven by fuel; and a plurality of pipe members (130) for distributing the fuel. The fuel supply adaptor (131) has: a plurality of connection parts (132) to which the pipe members are connected; a relay part (133) in which a plurality of communication paths (135) for connecting the connection parts with each other are formed; and an attachment part (138) which is attached to the machine body.
