A moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt resin composition is provided which is characterized by containing a urethane prepolymer with an isocyanate group, which is the reaction product of polyisocyanate (B) and polyols (A) which include a compound (a1) that has a number average molecular weight of less than 500, has a branch structure, and has 2-4 hydroxyl groups in one molecule. Further, a cured product characterized by being formed from the moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt resin composition is provided. The content of urethane bonds of the urethane prepolymer is preferably in the range 0.2-3.5 mol/kg. The aforementioned polyols (A) preferably further include polyether polyols.
