The method for producing calcobutrol comprises the steps of: obtaining butrol represented by chemical formula 2 in the specification by reacting gadobutrol represented by chemical formula 1 in the specification with a decomplexing agent; and obtaining calcobutrol represented by chemical formula 3 in the specification by reacting the butrol with calcium ions. L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de calcobutrol employé comme agent de contraste en IRM. Le procédé de préparation de calcobutrol comprend les étapes consistant à : obtenir du butrol représenté par la formule chimique 2 dans la spécification, par réaction de gadobotrol représenté par la formule chimique 1 dans la spécification, avec un agent décomplexant; et à obtenir du calcobutrol représenté par la formule chimique 3 dans la spécification par réaction du butrol avec des ions calcium. MRI 조영제로 사용되는 칼코부트롤 제조방법이 개시된다. 명세서 내에 화학식 1로 표시되는 가도부트롤과 탈착물화제를 반응시켜 명세서 내에 화학식 2로 표시되는 부트롤을 얻는 단계 및 상기 부트롤에 칼슘 이온을 반응시켜 명세서 내에 화학식 3으로 표시되는 칼코부트롤을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 칼코부트롤 제조 방법을 포함한다.
