Disclosed are a base station for processing a plurality of cells in a wireless communication system and an operating method thereof, and the operating method of the base station for processing a plurality of cells, according to one embodiment, comprises the steps of: pulling processing power of a first processing unit for processing a signal of a first cell and of a second processing unit for processing a signal of a second cell, so as to distribute the processing power to the first processing unit and the second processing unit; and allowing the first processing unit and the second processing unit to respectively process the signal of the first cell and the signal of the second cell by using the distributed processing power.
