L'invention concerne une batterie secondaire au métal lithium présentant une adhérence séparateur-électrode, ainsi que son procédé de fabrication. La batterie secondaire au métal lithium selon la présente invention comprend une anode, un séparateur et une cathode, l'anode comprenant une feuille de métal lithium en tant que matériau d'anode, l'anode présentant une structure de motif de nano-impression formée sur une surface de la feuille de métal lithium, qui est la surface en regard du séparateur, et l'anode et le séparateur étant collés l'un à l'autre. 전극-분리막 접착력 확보된 리튬 메탈 이차전지 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 리튬 메탈 이차전지는, 음극, 분리막 및 양극을 포함하고, 상기 음극은 리튬 메탈 포일을 음극재로서 포함하는 리튬 메탈 이차전지로서, 상기 음극이 상기 분리막을 향하는 표면인 상기 리튬 메탈 포일 표면에 나노 임프린트(Nano Imprint) 패턴 구조가 형성되어 있고, 상기 음극과 분리막이 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 메탈 이차전지이다.
