A device for cooling a steel sheet, according to the present invention, can comprise: a device body provided on a steel sheet transfer path; a cooling unit provided at the device body so as to supply fluid in the direction facing the steel sheet; and a direction-switching unit provided at the device body, and providing attractive force to the fluid in a direction different from the direction of the steel sheet so as to switch the direction of the fluid having been supplied from the cooling unit.
