Summary:An OLED thin film packaging structure, comprising a substrate (10) loaded with an OLED device (20) and a first inorganic barrier layer (30), an organic buffer layer (40), and a second inorganic barrier layer (50) sequentially covering the OLED device (20). The refractive index of the first inorganic barrier layer (30) gradually decreases in a direction from the OLED device (20) to the organic buffer layer (40), the refractive index of the organic buffer layer (40) is smaller than the refractive index of the first inorganic barrier layer (30), and the refractive index of the second inorganic barrier layer (50) is smaller than the refractive index of the organic buffer layer (40).
