The film-wrapped type hot melt adhesive has blocking resistance and thermal stability which are improved in a balanced manner. L'invention concerne un adhésif thermofusible du type enveloppé sous film, comprenant : un film constitué d'une composition de résine thermoplastique et d'un adhésif thermofusible enveloppé par le film, la composition de résine thermoplastique comprenant un homopolymère d'éthylène, et une entité concavo-convexe étant formée sur une surface du film. L'adhésif thermofusible du type enveloppé sous film présente une résistance à l'adhérence et une stabilité thermique qui sont améliorées de manière équilibrée.
