Summary:The present disclosure relates to biocompatible ionically crosslinked hydrogel polymers comprising polysaccharides such as alginate, hyaluronic acid, gellan gum or its derivatives and manganese ions for use in medicine, in particular for imaging purposes. Therefore, the hydrogel present disclosure is useful for spatio-temporal control of cells/drugs delivery in a wide range of therapeutic applications. La présente invention concerne des polymères d'hydrogel réticulés ioniquement biocompatibles comprenant des polysaccharides tels que l'alginate, l'acide hyaluronique, la gomme gellane ou ses dérivés et des ions manganèse destinés à être utilisés en médecine, en particulier à des fins d'imagerie. Par conséquent, l'hydrogel selon l'invention est utile pour le contrôle spatio-temporel de la livraison de cellules/médicaments dans une large gamme d'applications thérapeutiques.
