Summary:A steel manufacturing method, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: providing molten steel; solidifying the molten steel so as to manufacture steel; and analyzing inclusion type-specific occupancy of a sample sampled from either the molten steel or the steel, and evaluating, as normal or abnormal, either the molten steel or the steel according to the analyzed inclusion type-specific occupancy. Therefore, according to embodiments of the present invention, the molten steel is evaluated as being normal or abnormal in a molten steel state before casting is initiated, and thus a problem in which casting proceeds without recognizing that the molten steel is abnormal can be prevented such that product recovery is improved. Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'acier, comprenant les étapes consistant à : fournir de l'acier liquide ; solidifier l'acier liquide de façon à fabriquer de l'acier ; et analyser le facteur d'occupation spécifique au type d'inclusion d'un échantillon prélevé dans l'acier liquide ou l'acier, et évaluer, en tant que normal ou anormal, l'acier liquide ou l'acier en fonction du facteur d'occupation spécifique au type d'inclusion analysé. Par conséquent, selon des modes de réalisation de l'invention, l'acier liquide est évalué comme étant normal ou anormal à l'état liquide avant le lancer de la coulée, et ainsi un problème d'une coulée avec un acier liquide anormal peut être évité, de sorte que la récupération de produit est améliorée. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 강재의 제조 방법은 용강을 마련하는 과정, 용강을 응고시켜 강재를 제조하는 과정 및 용강 및 강재 중 어느 하나에서 샘플링한 샘플의 개재물 종류별 점유율을 분석하고, 분석된 개재물 종류별 점유율에 따라 용강 및 강재 중 어느 하나를 정상 또는 비정상으로 평가하는 과정을 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실시형태들에 의하면, 주조 개시 전 용강 상태에서, 상기 용강의 정상 또는 비정상 상태를 평가함에 따라, 용강이 비정상 상태이나, 이를 인지하지 못하고, 그대로 주조가 진행되는 문제를 방지할 수 있으며, 이에 제품 실수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
