The present invention relates to a visibility improving film for a display panel, and a display device comprising same. More particularly, the present invention relates to: a visibility improving film for a display panel, which comprises fine metal particles and fine inorganic oxide particles distributed in a photocurable resin layer and thus can increase the visibility of a laser pointer, exhibit excellent physical and optical properties, and particularly prevent the regular reflection of light from a laser pointer; and a display device comprising the visibility improving film for a display panel. La présente invention porte sur un film améliorant la visibilité destiné à un panneau d'affichage et un dispositif d'affichage le comprenant.
