Summary: | The present invention relates to a heat-radiating fluid composition, a method for manufacturing the same, and a battery module and a battery pack comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a heat-radiating fluid composition comprising 100 parts by weight of nonconductive oil, 1 to 30 parts by weight of thermally conductive inorganic particles and 1 to 30 parts by weight of an inorganic precipitation inhibitor, a method for manufacturing the same, and a battery module and a battery pack comprising the same, wherein the heat-radiating fluid composition has a viscosity of 850 cP or more at 20℃ and a viscosity of 750 cP or less at 30℃. According to the present disclosure, provided are a heat-radiating fluid composition having excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity, and particularly having excellent heat radiation performance even after long-term use due to the thermally conductive inorganic particles in the heat-radiating fluid not settling permanently, a method for manufacturing the same, and a battery module and a battery pack comprising the same.
La présente invention concerne une composition de fluide à rayonnement thermique, son procédé de fabrication, et un module de batterie et un bloc-batterie la comprenant. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne une composition de fluide à rayonnement thermique comprenant 100 parties en poids d'huile non conductrice, 1 à 30 parties en poids de particules inorganiques thermoconductrices et 1 à 30 parties en poids d'un inhibiteur de précipitation inorganique, son procédé de fabrication, et un module de batterie et un bloc-batterie la comprenant, la composition de fluide à rayonnement thermique présentant une viscosité de 850 cP ou plus à 20 °C et une viscosité de 750 cP ou moins à 30 °C. Selon la présente invention, l'invention concerne une composition de fluide à rayonnement thermique présentant une excellente isolation électrique et une excellente conductivité thermique, et en particulier ayant d'excellentes performances de rayonnement thermique même après une utilisation à long terme en raison des particules inorganiques thermoconductrices dans le fluide à rayonnement thermique qui ne se déposent pas de façon permanente, son procédé de fabrication, et un module de batterie et un bloc-batterie la comprenant.
