The present invention relates to a solubilization type stable cosmetic composition with low viscosity, which uses hydrogenated lysolecithin. Specifically, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention can not only improve stability over time, but also provide both soft and moist feelings to the skin while being light in use, and thus it is expected that the cosmetic composition of the present invention can be universally used for various aspects of a low-viscosity, transparent cosmetic composition. La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique stable du type à solubilisation, possédant une faible viscosité, et dans laquelle on utilise de la lysolécithine hydrogénée. En particulier, la composition cosmétique selon la présente invention peut non seulement améliorer une stabilité dans le temps, mais également fournir à la peau des sensations à la fois de douceur et d'humidité tout en étant légère en utilisation, et il est ainsi escompté que la composition cosmétique de la présente invention peut être utilisée universellement pour divers aspects d'une composition cosmétique transparente à faible viscosité. 본 발명은 수첨 라이소레시틴을 이용한 저점도의 안정한 가용화 타입의 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상세하게 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 경시변화에 따른 안정성을 높일 수 있음은 물론이고, 사용감이 가벼우면서도 피부에 유연감 및 수분감을 동시에 부여할 수 있어 저점도의 투명한 화장료 조성물의 다양한 양태에 범용적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.
