Disclosed herein is a method of previously receiving information about the location of a customer using a delivery information provision server and providing a delivery route and a delivery service. The method includes the steps of receiving information about a plurality of delivery products, transmitting delivery information to customer terminals who receive the delivery products, receiving a response to the delivery information from the customer terminals and confirming the delivery locations of the delivery products, transmitting arrival information of the delivery products including the confirmed delivery location information to the customer terminals, and setting a delivery route for the plurality of delivery products based on the confirmed delivery locations of the delivery products and providing the set delivery route to a delivery person terminal.
