Summary:Quantitative analysis of nucleic acids present in a sample or a complex medium requires a nucleic acid isolation or purification process. However, yields of nucleic acid isolation and purification greatly vary with purification principles, kits used, and characteristics of samples. Thus, effective normalization of nucleic acid isolation and purification yields is an indispensable condition for the accurate quantitative analysis of nucleic acids with reference to an original sample. The present invention relates to a method for quantitative analysis of nucleic acids present in a sample or complex medium without amplifying target nucleic acids. L'analyse quantitative d'acides nucléiques présents dans un échantillon ou un milieu complexe nécessite un processus d'isolement ou de purification d'acide nucléique. Cependant, des rendements d'isolement et de purification d'acide nucléique varient grandement avec des principes de purification, des trousses utilisées et des caractéristiques d'échantillons. Ainsi, la normalisation efficace des rendements d'isolement et de purification d'acides nucléiques est une condition indispensable pour l'analyse quantitative précise d'acides nucléiques en référence à un échantillon d'origine. La présente invention concerne un procédé pour l'analyse quantitative d'acides nucléiques présents dans un échantillon ou un milieu complexe sans amplifier les acides nucléiques cibles. 시료 또는 복잡한 매질 내에 존재하는 핵산을 정량 분석하기 위해서는 핵산 추출 또는 정제 과정이 필요하다. 그러나 핵산 추출 및 정제의 수율(yield)은 정제 원리, 사용되는 키트 및 시료의 특성에 의해 변동성이 매우 크다. 따라서 핵산 추출 및 정제 수율의 효율적인 보정(normalization)은 원 시료를 기준으로 하는 정확한 핵산 정량 분석의 필수 조건이 된다. 본 발명은 표적 핵산의 증폭없이 시료 또는 복잡한 매질 내에 존재하는 핵산을 정량 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
