An aerated block-based prefabricated wall panel and floor panel, relating to the technical field of the fixation of walls of buildings. The aerated block-based prefabricated wall panel is a panel prefabricated before existing wall building construction. The aerated block-based prefabricated wall panel consists of an outer concrete panel (1), an aerated block-based core layer (2), and an inner concrete panel (3) that are sequentially disposed from outside in; an outer reinforcing mesh (1-1) is disposed inside the outer concrete panel (1); an inner reinforcing mesh (3-1) is disposed inside the inner concrete panel (3); connecting reinforcing bars (4) are welded or hooked between the inner and outer reinforcing meshes; the connecting reinforcing bars (4) penetrate through the aerated block-based core layer (2).
