A rotary apparatus 1 according to the present invention is provided with: a motor 3 that has an outer shell 32, a rotary shaft 31 projecting from the outer shell 32, a first inner bearing 410 for supporting the rotary shaft 31, and a second inner bearing 420 for supporting the rotary shaft 31; a plurality of gears 5, 6 for transmitting the rotation of the motor 3 to the outside; and a casing 2. The casing 2 is provided with a first external bearing 401 and a second external bearing 402 for rotatably supporting parts of the rotary shaft 31 which project from the end faces, on both sides, of the outer shell 32 in the longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft 31.
