Summary:A system for holding a tubular sleeve (2) in a receiving structure during setting of a cement or other binder introduced in a fluid state between the sleeve (2) and the receiving structure, comprising: - at least one expandable structure (4) mounted on the sleeve (2), deformable from an inactive configuration allowing insertion of the sleeve (2) in the receiving structure to an active configuration immobilizing the sleeve (2) in the receiving structure, - at least one corresponding tool to be inserted in the sleeve (2), configured for acting on the expandable structure (4) to cause it to pass from the inactive configuration to the active configuration. Système pour maintenir un manchon tubulaire (2) dans une structure de réception pendant le réglage d'un ciment ou d'un autre liant introduit dans un état fluide entre le manchon (2) et la structure de réception, comprenant : au moins une structure extensible (4) montée sur le manchon (2), déformable à partir d'une configuration inactive permettant l'insertion du manchon (2) dans la structure de réception jusqu'à une configuration active immobilisant le manchon (2) dans la structure de réception, au moins un outil correspondant destiné à être inséré dans le manchon (2), configuré pour agir sur la structure extensible (4) pour l'amener à passer de la configuration inactive à la configuration active.
