Provided is an OLED substrate structure, comprising a base substrate (1) and a dam layer (3) arranged on the base substrate (1), wherein the dam layer (3) is provided with a plurality of accommodation grooves (31) arranged in an array form in a region corresponding to an OLED effective display region (AA), and is provided with recessed grooves (33) surrounding all the accommodation grooves (31) in regions corresponding to the periphery of the OLED effective display region (AA); and one of the accommodation grooves (31) corresponds to a pixel (P), and is used for accommodating an OLED organic functional layer (D). Since the recessed grooves (33) are provided, when the OLED substrate structure of the present invention is used to prepare an OLED device by means of printing, the atmosphere around pixels of each region can all be uniform, and a solvent is uniformly evaporated, thereby improving the uniformity of the film thickness of the OLED organic functional layer.
