L'invention concerne un dispositif électrique, comprenant : un module de puissance comportant un support de circuit sur lequel est disposé un composant de circuit ; une structure de refroidissement ; et une structure intermédiaire disposée entre le support de circuit et la structure de refroidissement, la structure de refroidissement étant constituée d'un premier matériau métallique, et la structure intermédiaire étant constituée d'un second matériau métallique ayant une conductivité thermique supérieure à celle du premier matériau métallique.
