The present invention relates to a tape comprising a composition comprising a copolyester comprising polymeric units derived from ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid or a diester thereof and > 0.50 and < 5.00 wt% of polymeric units with regard to the total weight of the polyester derived from an oligomeric dihydroxy compound having a number average molecular weight of > 500 g/mol and < 5000 g/mol. Such tape has an improved tensile-impact strength and a reduced proneness to splitting during weaving. La présente invention concerne une bande comprenant une composition comprenant un copolyester comprenant des motifs polymères dérivés de l'éthylène glycol et de l'acide téréphtalique ou un diester de celui-ci et > 0,50 et < 5,00 % en poids de motifs polymères par rapport au poids total du polyester dérivé d'un composé dihydroxy oligomère ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre > 500 g/mol et < 5 000 g/mol. Une telle bande a une résistance au choc/à la traction améliorée et une tendance réduite à se diviser pendant le tissage.
