The present invention addresses the problem of accidents resulting from the misuse of adhesive patches, and provides an adhesive patch that is constituted from a support and a plaster, and exhibits characteristics for preventing said problem, wherein the plaster includes: a) an aliphatic compound that is a solid at room temperature and has a hydrophilic group; b) a non-aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive; and c) a solvent that has a vapor pressure of 1 kPa or more at 20°C. La présente invention aborde le problème des accidents résultant de l'utilisation abusive de timbres adhésifs, et concerne un timbre adhésif qui est constitué d'un support et d'un pansement, et présente des caractéristiques pour empêcher ledit problème, le pansement comprenant : a) un composé aliphatique qui est un solide à température ambiante et a un groupe hydrophile ; b) un adhésif non-aqueux sensible à la pression ; et c) un solvant qui a une pression de vapeur de 1 kPa ou plus à 20 °C. 本発明は、貼付剤の誤使用により引き起こされる事故の問題に対応し、これを防止する特性を備えた、支持体と膏体からなる貼付剤であって、前記膏体は、ａ）親水基を有し、室温で固体である脂肪族化合物；ｂ）非水系粘着剤；及びｃ）２０℃における蒸気圧が１ｋＰａ以上である溶媒を含む、貼付剤を提供する。
