Provided is a shielded communication cable having an excellent noise shielding property. This shielded communication cable 1 has: a pair-twisted wire 10 in which a pair of insulated wires 11 each comprising conductors 12 and an insulation covering 13 that covers the outer circumference of the conductors 12 are twisted together; a braided shield 20; and a film-like shield 30 having a metal film, wherein the braided shield 20 and the film-like shield 30 are stacked on each other to thereby directly cover the outer circumference of the pair-twisted wire 10. The film-like shield 30 may be provided outside the braided shield 20. L'invention concerne un câble de communication blindé ayant une excellente propriété de blindage contre le bruit. Ce câble de communication blindé 1 comprend : un fil à paire torsadée 10 dans lequel une paire de fils isolés 11 comprenant chacun des conducteurs 12 et un revêtement d'isolation 13 qui recouvre la circonférence externe des conducteurs 12 sont torsadés ensemble ; une tresse de blindage 20 ; et un blindage de type film 30 ayant un film métallique, la tresse de blindage 20 et le blindage de type film 30 étant empilés l'un sur l'autre pour recouvrir ainsi directement la circonférence externe du fil à paire torsadée 10.
