The garment encircles the torso and overwraps the breasts of the wearer allowing the front panel to comfortably compress the breasts of the wearer. La présente invention concerne un élément de compression pour comprimer les seins d'un utilisateur, l'élément de compression comprenant un panneau avant formé par une seule couche d'un premier textile tissé et un panneau arrière en prise par connexion avec le panneau avant pour former un vêtement. Le panneau arrière est formé à partir d'une seule couche d'un second textile tissé. Le vêtement entoure le torse et surenveloppe les seins de l'utilisateur, ce qui permet au panneau avant de comprimer confortablement les seins de l'utilisateur.
