The present invention relates to an apparatus for cold-coating hot fertilizer with plant nutrients, having a structure configured that a feed belt is joined with a feed port of a cooling drum by means of a first chute, a discharge port of the cooling drum is joined with a coating drum by means of a second chute, and a discharge port of the coating drum discharges outside by means of a third chute, and characterized in that: an electric three-way valve is mounted on the first chute between the feed belt and the cooling drum, and a bypass conveyor belt is mounted between the electric three-way valve and the second chute, a first port of the electric three-way valve being connected to a discharge end of the feed belt, a second port of the electric three-way valve being in communication with the feed port of the cooling drum, and a third port of the electric three-way valve being in communication with the bypass conveyor belt.
