The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a high content of an oil component and a sheet mask using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a high content of an oil component and a sheet mask using the same, wherein as an oil-in-water type emulsion containing a high content of an oil component is prepared as a nanoparticulated cosmetic composition by using a high-pressure emulsification method, it is possible to contain a large amount of an emulsified formulation including oil or wax while having fluidity like a solubilized formulation, such that when applied to a sheet mask, the oil-in-water type emulsion is evenly dispersed and soaked in the sheet mask even though the emulsion contains a large amount of the oil component; and it is possible to not only produce a sheet mask having a refreshing feeling and excellent moisture retention but also be capable of adjusting the use time by means of specific color development when applied to bio-cellulose. La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique contenant une teneur élevée en un composant huileux et un masque en tissu l'utilisant. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique contenant une teneur élevée en un composant huileux et un masque en tissu l'utilisant, une émulsion de type huile-dans-l'eau qui contient une teneur élevée en un composant huileux étant préparée sous la forme d'une composition cosmétique nanoparticulaire à l'aide d'un procédé d'émulsification haute pression, il est possible qu'elle contienne une grande quantité d'une formulation émulsifiée comprenant de l'huile ou de la cire tout en ayant une fluidité comme une formulation solubilisée, de telle sorte que, lorsqu'elle est appliquée à un masque en tissu, l'émulsion de type huile-dans-l'eau est uniformément dispersée et imprégnée dans le masque en tissu même si l'émulsion contient une grande quantité de composant huileux ; et il est possible non seulement de produire un masque en tissu ayant une sensation rafraîchissante et une excellente rétention de l'humidité mais aussi d'être capable d'ajuster le temps d'utilisation au moyen d'un développement de couleur spécifique lors d'une application à la bio-cellulose. 본 발명은 고함량 오일성분이 포함된 화장료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시트 마스크에 관한 것으로서, 고함량의 오일성분이 포함된 수중유형 에멀젼을 고압유화법을 이용하여 나노 입자화된 화장료 조성물로 제조함으로써, 가용화 제형과 같이 유동성을 가지면서도 오일이나 왁스를 포함하는 유화 제형을 다량 함유할 수 있어, 시트 마스크에 적용시, 다량의 오일 성분이 포함되어 있음에도 시트 마스크에 고르게 분산되어 충진될 수 있으며, 사용감이 산뜻하면서 보습 지속력이 우수한 시트 마스크를 제조할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 바이오 셀룰로오스에 적용하는 경우, 특이색 발현에 의한 사용시간 조정이 가능한 고함량 오일성분이 포함된 화장료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시트 마스크에 관한 것이다.
