L'invention concerne des compositions utiles pour améliorer ou augmenter les propriétés organoleptiques, en particulier la sensation en bouche et l'effet de refroidissement de surface, du chewing-gum en pastilles. Les compositions ont une région centrale de chewing-gum présentant une dureté Shore A inférieure à (40), spécifiquement inférieure à (35); et une région de revêtement friable assurant un effet de refroidissement significatif comme le démontre la dissolution de revêtement de surface endothermique rapide.
