The compositions having a core chewing gum region with a Shore A hardness of less than (40), specifically less than (35); and a friable coating region providing a significant cooling effect as exhibited by rapid endothermic surface coating dissolution.
L'invention concerne des compositions utiles pour améliorer ou augmenter les propriétés organoleptiques, en particulier la sensation en bouche et l'effet de refroidissement de surface, du chewing-gum en pastilles. Les compositions ont une région centrale de chewing-gum présentant une dureté Shore A inférieure à (40), spécifiquement inférieure à (35); et une région de revêtement friable assurant un effet de refroidissement significatif comme le démontre la dissolution de revêtement de surface endothermique rapide. |
