According to the present invention, a communication terminal (10) is provided with: a creation unit (13A) which creates a socket by designating network slice instance (NSI) identification information; a request transmitting unit (13B) which transmits a communication establishment request to an NSI by designating the NSI identification information with respect to a control device that controls communication in a mobile communication system; an association unit (13C) which associates a bearer that is created according to the communication establishment request, the NSI identification information, and the created socket; and a communication control unit (13D) which writes a routing DB (16) that stores routing information associated with the NSI identification information, and which controls communication on the basis of the routing DB (16).
