Summary: | Composite anode materials and methods of making same, the anode materials including capsules including graphene, reduced graphene oxide, graphene oxide, or a combination thereof, and particles of an active material disposed inside of the capsules. The particles may each include a core and a buffer layer surrounding the core. The core may include crystalline silicon, and the buffer layer may include a silicon oxide, a lithium silicate, carbon, or a combination thereof.
L'invention concerne des matériaux d'anode composites et leurs procédés de fabrication, les matériaux d'anode comprenant des capsules comprenant du graphène, de l'oxyde de graphène réduit, de l'oxyde de graphène, ou une combinaison de ceux-ci, et des particules d'un matériau actif disposé à l'intérieur des capsules. Les particules peuvent chacune comporter un noyau et une couche tampon entourant le noyau. Le noyau peut comprendre du silicium cristallin, et la couche tampon peut comprendre un oxyde de silicium, un silicate de lithium, du carbone ou une combinaison de ceux-ci. |
