Summary:The present invention relates to a device for mooring and rotating a water-floating photovoltaic power generation system. The present invention comprises: a floating portion installed to float on a water surface; a mooring portion connecting the underwater bottom surface, below which the floating portion is installed, and the outer surface of the floating portion by a plurality of first wires such that the floating portion is moored on the water surface in an "X"-shape, thereby minimizing the width of horizontal movement resulting from wind pressure, water level variation, or occurrence of a tide; a support portion comprising a support shaft installed at the center of the floating portion and a support bearing coupled to the outer surface of the support shaft; a rotating portion comprising a rotating plate connected to the support bearing by a plurality of second wires, a plurality of rotating tubes installed on the outside of the rotating plate so as to float on the water surface, and a plurality of fixing plates for connecting the rotating tubes and fixing the same to the rotating plate, a solar battery module being installed on the upper surface of each fixing plate; and a driving portion having a rotating power member connected to the rotating portion by at least one rotating wire from outside the rotating portion such that the rotating wire is wound or unwound alternately toward both sides by driving of the rotating power member, thereby enabling the rotating portion to rotate. La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'amarrage et de rotation d'un système de génération d'énergie photovoltaïque flottant sur l'eau.
