Summary:A method for manufacturing an electromagnet assembly, according to one embodiment, can comprise the steps of: preparing a frame including a protruding part and an edge part surrounding the protruding part; disposing a coil on an outer circumferential surface of the protruding part so as to encompass the protruding part; heating a thermal conductive material having a solid state at a room temperature and a normal pressure so as to change the same to a liquid state; filling a space between the protruding part and the edge part with the thermal conductive material in a liquid state; and disposing, after the filling step, a permanent magnet at the center of the coil. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble électroaimant peut comprendre les étapes consistant : à préparer une structure comprenant une partie en saillie et une partie bord entourant la partie en saillie; à placer une bobine sur une surface circonférentielle externe de la partie en saillie de façon à englober la partie en saillie; à chauffer un matériau thermoconducteur possédant un état solide à une température ambiante et une pression normale de façon à faire passer ledit matériau à un état liquide; à remplir un espace entre la partie en saillie et la partie bord à l'aide du matériau thermoconducteur dans un état liquide; et à placer, après l'étape de remplissage, un aimant permanent au centre de la bobine. 일 실시 예에 따르면 전자석 어셈블리의 제조 방법은, 돌출부 및 상기 돌출부를 둘러싸는 테두리부를 포함하는 프레임을 준비하는 단계; 상기 돌출부의 외주면에 상기 돌출부를 감싸도록 코일을 배치시키는 단계; 상온 및 상압에서 고체 상태를 갖는 열 전도 물질을 가열시켜 액체 상태로 변화시키는 단계; 상기 액체 상태의 열 전도 물질을 상기 돌출부 및 상기 테두리부 사이의 공간으로 충진시키는 단계; 및 상기 충진시키는 단계 이후에 수행되고, 상기 코일의 중앙에 영구 자석을 배치시키는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
