Summary:The present invention relates to a low-emissivity glass comprising: a glass substrate; a first dielectric layer formed on the glass substrate; a metal layer formed on the first dielectric layer; a second dielectric layer formed on the metal layer; and an uppermost layer formed on the second dielectric layer, wherein the first dielectric layer includes AlNx (0.5<x<2). Therefore, the present invention provides a low-emissivity glass including a metal layer having improved crystallinity. La présente invention concerne un verre à faible émissivité comprenant : un substrat de verre ; une première couche diélectrique formée sur le substrat de verre ; une couche métallique formée sur la première couche diélectrique ; une seconde couche diélectrique formée sur la couche métallique ; et une couche supérieure formée sur la seconde couche diélectrique, la première couche diélectrique comprenant de l'AlNx (0,5<x<2). Par conséquent, la présente invention concerne un verre à faible émissivité comprenant une couche métallique ayant une cristallinité améliorée. 본 발명은 저방사 유리에 관한 것으로, 유리 기판, 상기 유리 기판 상에 형성된 제1 유전체층, 상기 제1 유전체층 상에 형성된 금속층, 상기 금속층 상에 형성된 제2 유전체층, 및 상기 제2 유전체층 상에 형성된 최상부층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 유전체층은, AlNx(여기서, 0.5<x<2)를포함하여 금속층의 결정화도가 향상된 저방사 유리를 제공한다.
