Summary:An electrical connection method, substrate and display device. The electrical connection method is used for electrically connecting together a first conductive point (S1) and a second conductive point (S2) which are separated from each other on a substrate (10). The method comprises: a conductive polymer precursor film (20) is formed to physically connect the first conductive point (S1) and the second conductive point (S2); the conductive polymer precursor film (20) is subjected to polymerization processing so as to form a conductive polymer (21) which electrically connects the first conductive point (S1) and the second conductive point (S2).
