This management device (100) is connected to another management device and is connected to a server on a wide area network through a relay device to manage a facility instrument. The management device (100) is provided with: a first interface unit (110) for communicating with the facility instrument; a second interface unit (12) for communicating with the other management device; and a third interface unit (13) for communicating with two or more kinds of devices through a pre-regulated protocol. When the relay device is connected to the third interface unit (13), the management device (100) transmits, from the third interface unit (13) to a server through the relay device, first information on the facility instrument, which is received through the first interface unit (11), and second information which pertains to another facility instrument managed by the other management device and is received through the second interface unit.
