Summary:A method for process management through big data analysis according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: collecting process data relating to a main facility, a process environment, and a sensor value through an Internet of things device; selecting a major process factor on the basis of an analysis through at least one method among processor mining analysis, reputation analysis, and cluster analysis for the collected process data; deriving an important process condition that affects process result variance, by analyzing a correlation between the major process factor and the process result variance through a big data analysis model; and performing a process simulation on the basis of the important process condition so as to predict a problem relating to a process and the process result variance. La présente invention porte, selon un mode de réalisation, sur un procédé de gestion de processus au moyen d'une analyse de mégadonnées, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : à collecter des données de processus se rapportant à une installation principale, un environnement de processus et une valeur de capteur au moyen d'un dispositif de l'Internet des objets ; à sélectionner un facteur de processus majeur sur la base d'une analyse au moyen d'au moins un procédé parmi une analyse d'exploration de processeur, une analyse de réputation et une analyse de groupe pour les données de processus collectées ; à déduire une condition de processus importante qui affecte la variance de résultat de processus, par l'analyse d'une corrélation entre le facteur de processus majeur et la variance de résultat de processus au moyen d'un modèle d'analyse de mégadonnées ; et à effectuer une simulation de processus sur la base de la condition de processus importante de sorte à prédire un problème se rapportant à un processus et à la variance de résultat de processus. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 빅데이터 분석을 통한 공정 관리 방법은 사물 인터넷 기기를 통해 주요설비, 공정환경 및 센서값에 관한 공정 데이터를 수집하는 단계와, 수집된 공정 데이터에 대해 프로세서 마이닝 분석, 평판 분석 및 군집 분석 중 적어도 하나의 방법을 통한 분석에 기초하여 주요 공정요인을 선정하는 단계와, 빅데이터 분석 모델을 통해 주요 공정요인과 공정결과 변화량의 연관관계를 분석함으로써 공정결과 변화량에 영향을 미치는 중요 공정 조건을 도출하는 단계 및 중요 공정 조건에 기초하여 공정 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 공정결과 변화량 및 공정에 관한 문제를 예측하는 단계를 포함한다.
