Summary:The present invention relates to a conveyor belt having a predictable service life and, more particularly, to a new-concept technology not only for enabling anyone to easily check the degree of wear of a conveyor belt with the naked eye without having to suspend the operation of a conveyor line, such that the time to replace the same can be easily recognized in advance, but also for predicting/managing the life of the conveyor belt. Conventionally disclosed conveyor belts have the following problems: it is impossible to recognize in a stepwise manner the extent to which wear has progressed and to predict the life accordingly; troughs are not formed well; and the trough angles are inevitably small, causing leakage of carried objects. In an attempt to resolve the above problems, the present invention is characterized by conceiving of a technology wherein, as the wear of a conveyor belt progresses, wear-marking colored rubbers installed inside the conveyor belt are exposed to the outside such that, simply by checking the same with the naked eye, the degree of wear of the conveyor belt can be recognized, making it possible to predict the time to replace the same. The wear-marking colored rubbers are installed in multiple stages such that the number thereof decreases toward the lower portion, making it possible to predict the life of the conveyor belt in a stepwise manner by recognizing the number of exposed wear-marking colored rubbers. La présente invention concerne une courroie transporteuse ayant une durée de vie prévisible et, plus particulièrement, une technologie de nouvelle conception non seulement pour permettre à une personne de vérifier facilement le degré d'usure d'une bande transporteuse à l'oeil nu sans avoir à suspendre le fonctionnement d'une ligne de transport de sorte que le moment pour remplacer celui-ci peut être facilement reconnu à l'avance, mais également pour prédire/gérer la durée de vie de la courroie transporteuse. Les bandes transporteuses classiques présentent les problèmes suivants: il est impossible de reconnaître de manière progressive l'étendue à laquelle l'usure s'est produite et de prévoir la durée de vie en conséquence; les couloirs ne sont pas formés efficacement; et les angles des couloirs sont inévitablement petits, provoquant une fuite d'objets transportés. La présente invention, dans une tentative de résolution des problèmes susmentionnés, est caractérisée en ce qu'elle vise à fournir une technologie selon laquelle, lorsque l'usure d'une courroie transporteuse se développe, des caoutchoucs colorés de marquage d'usure installés à l'intérieur de la bande transporteuse sont exposés à l'extérieur de sorte que, par simple vérification de celle-ci à l'oeil nu, le degré d'usure de la courroie transporteuse est reconnu, permettant de prédire le moment de son remplacement; et les caoutchoucs colorés de marquage d'usure sont installés en plusieurs étapes de sorte que leur nombre diminue vers la partie inférieure, permettant de prédire la durée de vie de la courroie transporteuse progressivement en comptant le nombre de caoutchoucs colorés de marquage d'usure exposés. 본 발명은 한계수명 예측용 컨베어벨트에 관한 것으로, 운용중인 컨베어라인을 중단하지 않고서도 컨베어벨트의 마모정도를 누구든지 쉽게 육안으로 확인하면서 교체시점을 사전에 쉽게 파악함은 물론 컨베어벨트의 수명을 예측 관리하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 컨베어벨트는 마모가 진행된 정도를 단계별로 파악하면서 수명을 예측할 수 없고, 트러프의 형성이 원활하지 못함은 물론 트러프 각도가 작을 수밖에 없어 운반물의 누출사고가 발생하는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 컨베어벨트의 마모가 진행하면서 컨베어벨트의 내부에 설치된 마모확인 유색고무가 외부로 노출되면 이를 육안으로 확인하는 간단한 방법으로 컨베어벨트의 마모정도를 파악하여 교체시기를 예측할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 마모확인 유색고무를 하부로 가면서 개수가 줄어들도록 다단으로 설치하여 마모확인 유색고무의 노출된 개수를 파악하는 방법으로 컨베어벨트의 수명을 단계별로 예측할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
