This ventilation system is provided with: an inside air passage (P1) having an inflow end and an outflow end each of which communicates with an indoor space (R) to be ventilated; at least one permeable membrane unit (30) having a permeable membrane (35) through which a target gas, containing at least one among carbon dioxide and a volatile organic compound in the indoor air flowing through the inside air passage (P1) permeates, and which discharges the permeated target gas to the outdoor air; and an air supply passage (P3) having an inflow end which communicates with an outdoor space (O) and an outflow end which is connected to the downstream side of the permeable membrane (35) in the inside air passage (P1). La présente invention concerne un système de ventilation qui comprend : un passage d'air intérieur (P1) ayant une extrémité d'entrée et une extrémité de sortie, chacune communiquant avec un espace intérieur (R) à ventiler ; au moins une unité de membrane perméable (30) comportant une membrane perméable (35) à travers laquelle un gaz cible, contenant au moins l'un parmi le dioxyde de carbone et un composé organique volatil dans l'air intérieur s'écoulant à travers le passage d'air intérieur (P1), passe par perméation, et qui évacue le gaz cible de perméation vers l'air extérieur ; et un passage de distribution d'air (P3) ayant une extrémité d'entrée qui communique avec un espace extérieur (O) et une extrémité de sortie qui est reliée au côté aval de la membrane perméable (35) dans le passage d'air intérieur (P1). 換気システムには、換気対象となる室内空間（R）にそれぞれ連通する流入端及び流出端を有する内気通路（P1）と、内気通路（P1）を流れる室内空気中の二酸化炭素及び揮発性有機化合物の少なくとも一方を含む対象気体が透過し、透過した対象気体を室外空気へ放出させる透過膜（35）を有する少なくとも１つの透過膜ユニット（30）と、室外空間（O）に連通する流入端と、前記内気通路（P1）における前記透過膜（35）の下流側に接続する流出端とを有する給気通路（P3）とを備えている。
