Provided is a cosmetic having a unique soft and springy feeling in use, capable of stably formulating therein a UV protector, and providing a light feeling in use such that the cosmetic is separated into pieces when applied to the skin. The present invention relates to a cosmetic characterized by comprising (A) a (meth)acrylic acid/an alkyl (meth)acrylate/a (meth)acrylic acid-POE monoalkyl ether ester copolymer, (B) a UV protector, (C) a nonionic surfactant, and (D) a higher alcohol. The cosmetic according to the present invention has a tactile feeling like Bavarian cream. L'invention concerne un produit cosmétique procurant une sensation de douceur et de souplesse unique lors de l'utilisation, capable de formuler de façon stable un protecteur UV dans celui-ci, et qui procure une sensation de légèreté lors de l'utilisation comme si le produit cosmétique se séparait quand il est appliqué à la peau. Le produit cosmétique selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend (A) un acide (méth)acrylique/un (méth)acrylate d'alkyle/un copolymère d'acide (méth)acrylique-ester d'éther monoalkylique POE, (B) un protecteur UV, (C) un tensioactif non ionique, et (D) un alcool supérieur et procure une sensation au toucher assimilable à celle d'une crème bavaroise. 独特のもっちりとした使用感触を有し、紫外線防御剤を安定に配合することができ、なおかつ肌に塗布した際にくずれるような軽い使用感触を有する化粧料を提供する。本発明は、（Ａ）（メタ）アクリル酸／（メタ）アクリル酸アルキル／（メタ）アクリル酸ＰＯＥモノアルキルエーテルエステル共重合体と、（Ｂ）紫外線防御剤と、（Ｃ）非イオン性界面活性剤と、（Ｄ）高級アルコールとを含有することを特徴とする化粧料に関する。また、本発明の化粧料はババロアのような触感を有する。
