A catheter kit 30 is provided with: a catheter 31 having an optical fiber 33; and a catheter housing tool 32 housing the catheter 31 therein. The catheter housing tool 32 has a tubular hoop 36, and a position adjustment mechanism 47 that is provided to the hoop 36. The hoop 36 has: a hoop leading end section 36a, on which a catheter leading end section 31a outputting laser light L is disposed, said laser light having been transmitted in the optical fiber 33; and a hoop base end section 36b on the side opposite to the hoop leading end section 36a. The position adjustment mechanism 47 is provided to the hoop base end section 36b, and changes the position of the catheter leading end section 31a with respect to the hoop leading end section 36a. La présente invention concerne un kit de cathéter (30) pourvu : d'un cathéter (31) comportant une fibre optique (33) ; et d'un outil de logement de cathéter (32) à l'intérieur duquel est logé le cathéter (31). L'outil de logement de cathéter (32) comporte un cerceau tubulaire (36), et un mécanisme de réglage de position (47) qui est disposé sur le cerceau (36). Le cerceau (36) comprend : une section d'extrémité avant de cerceau (36a), sur laquelle est disposée une section d'extrémité avant de cathéter (31a) émettant une lumière laser L, ladite lumière laser ayant été transmise dans la fibre optique (33) ; et une section d'extrémité de base de cerceau (36b) du côté opposé à la section d'extrémité avant de cerceau (36a). Le mécanisme de réglage de position (47) est disposé sur la section d'extrémité de base de cerceau (36b), et modifie la position de la section d'extrémité avant de cathéter (31a) par rapport à la section d'extrémité avant de cerceau (36a). カテーテルキット３０は、光ファイバ３３を有するカテーテル３１と、カテーテル３１を収容するカテーテル収容具３２と、を備える。カテーテル収容具３２は、管状であるフープ３６と、フープ３６に設けられた位置調整機構４７と、を有する。フープ３６は、光ファイバ３３を伝わるレーザ光Ｌが出射されるカテーテル先端部３１ａが配置されるフープ先端部３６ａと、フープ先端部３６ａとは逆側のフープ基端部３６ｂと、を有する。位置調整機構４７は、フープ基端部３６ｂに設けられると共に、フープ先端部３６ａに対するカテーテル先端部３１ａの位置を変更する。
