Un procédé consiste à recevoir, au niveau d'un serveur de gestion de dispositif mobile (MDM), un message indiquant un emplacement au niveau d'un établissement de santé. Le procédé consiste également à identifier, au niveau du serveur MDM, un dispositif mobile attribué à l'emplacement. Le procédé consiste en outre à envoyer une commande de réinitialisation à distance du serveur MDM au dispositif mobile.
