La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une nanostructure métallique ayant une structure chirale, le procédé de production d'une nanostructure métallique, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprenant les étapes de : production d'une première solution de mélange par mélange d'un précurseur métallique, d'un tensioactif et d'un agent réducteur ; production d'une deuxième solution de mélange par ajout d'un peptide à la première solution de mélange ; et production d'une nanostructure métallique ayant une structure chirale par ajout de particules de germe métalliques à la deuxième solution de mélange. 본 발명은 키랄 구조를 갖는 금속 나노구조체의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 금속 나노구조체의 제조 방법은 금속 전구체, 계면 활성제 및 환원제를 혼합하여 제1 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계 제1 혼합 용액에 펩타이드를 첨가하여 제2 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계 및 제2 혼합 용액에 금속 시드 입자를 첨가하여 키랄 구조를 가지는 금속 나노구조체를 제조하는 단계를 포함한다.
