Summary:The present invention relates to an endocrine cell cluster of high survival rate and high functionality using a hydrophobicity-substituted glycol chitosan derivative having temperature responsiveness and a preparation method therefor. A hydrophobicity-substituted glycol chitosan derivative having temperature responsiveness according to the present invention is helpful for forming pancreatic islet cell clusters and the clusters formed are found to maintain insulin secretion capacity, as well. Accordingly, the glycol chitosan derivative is expected to find a broad spectrum of applications in the fields including the delivery of therapeutic drugs targeting pancreatic islet cells, the cultivation of pancreatic islet cells, etc. La présente invention concerne un agrégat de cellules endocrines ayant un taux de survie élevé et une fonctionnalité élevée obtenu à l'aide d'un dérivé de glycol chitosan à substitution hydrophobe sensible à la température, et son procédé de préparation. Le dérivé de glycol chitosan à substitution hydrophobe sensible à la température selon la présente invention est utile pour former des agrégats de cellules d'îlots pancréatiques, les agrégats ainsi formés s'avérant capables de maintenir la capacité de sécrétion d'insuline, entre autres. Par conséquent, ledit dérivé de glycol chitosan devrait trouver un large spectre d'applications dans les domaines comprenant l'administration de médicaments thérapeutiques ciblant les cellules des îlots pancréatiques, la culture des cellules des îlots pancréatiques, etc. 본 발명은 온도 감응성을 갖는 소수성 치환시킨 글리콜 키토산 유도체를 이용한 고생존율 및 고기능성의 내분비 세포클러스터 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 온도 감응성을 갖는 소수성 치환시킨 글리콜 키토산 유도체는 췌장 소도 세포 클러스터를 형성하는데 도움을 주며 형성된 클러스터는 인슐린 분비능 또한 유지함을 확인할 수 있다. 이로서, 췌장 소도 세포를 표적으로 하는 치료 약물의 전달, 및 췌장 소도 세포의 세포배양 분야 등에 폭넓게 적용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.
