Summary:The present invention relates to a polymeric gel comprising crosslink points, which are dissociated in response to nitrogen monoxide, and to a method for preparing a hydrogel, the method comprising the steps of: a) polymerizing a mixture of monomers comprising a mono-functional hydrophilic monomer and a monomer comprising a plurality of functional groups comprising an o-phenylenediamine residue; and b) separating a hydrogel formed by the polymerization. La présente invention concerne un gel polymère comprenant des points de réticulation, qui sont dissociés en ce qui concerne la réaction à du monoxyde d'azote, et un procédé de préparation d'un hydrogel, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) polymériser un mélange de monomères comprenant un monomère hydrophile monofonctionnel et un monomère comprenant une pluralité de groupes fonctionnels comprenant un résidu o-phénylènediamine ; et b) séparer un hydrogel formé par la polymérisation. 본 발명은 일산화질소에 감응하여 해리되는 가교점을 포함하는 고분자형 젤 및 a) 단관능성 친수성 단량체 및 o-페닐렌디아민 잔기를 포함하는 복수의 관능기를 포함하는 단량체의 흔합물을 중합하는 단계; 및 b)상기증합에 의해 형성된 하이드로젤을 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 하이드로젤의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
