Provided is a vibration stimulation device which has: a forearm support member that supports a forearm of a user; an upper arm support member that supports an upper arm of the user; vibrating bodies, at least one of which is installed in each of the forearm support member and the upper arm support member; and a fixture that fixes a portion to be treated of the user with respect to the vibrating bodies. The vibration stimulation device has, between the forearm support member and the upper arm support member, a first rotating body having a transverse axis of the vibration stimulation device as the rotation axis; and a second rotating body having a longitudinal axis of the vibration stimulation device as the rotation axis, wherein the first rotating body and the second rotating body can be fixed at arbitrary angles.
