Summary: | Provided is a magnetically permeable heat-conducting apparatus, characterised in comprising a heat-conducting base. The heat-conducting base is one of a metal heat-conducting base, a graphite heat-conducting base, and an alloy heat-conducting base. The heat-conducting base is provided with a magnetically conductive seam, and the magnetically conductive seam penetrates through two surfaces in a thickness direction of the heat-conducting base.
