La présente invention concerne: un catalyseur pour une réaction d'oxydation à l'aide d'un peroxyde, le catalyseur contenant, en tant que principe actif, un hybride organique et inorganique contenant du fer poreux dans lequel une amine est introduite dans un site à insaturation coordinative (CUS); une composition, contenant le catalyseur, pour détecter le peroxyde d'hydrogène, la choline et l'acétyl-choline; et une composition, contenant la composition pour la détection, pour diagnostiquer une maladie du nerf cérébral. 본 발명은 배위적으로 불포화된 자리(coordinatively unsaturated site; CUS)에 아민이 도입된 철 함유 다공성 유무기 혼성체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 과산화물을 이용한 산화반응용 촉매, 상기 촉매를 포함하는 과산화수소, 콜린 및 아세틸콜린 검출용 조성물, 및 상기 조성물을 포함하는 뇌신경질환 진단용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
